Aged Care IPC Lead Support Program

The Victorian Department of Health (DH) Aged Care Quality Improvement Unit together with DH Infection Prevention Control Advice and Response (IPCAR) and the VICNISS Coordinating Centre is providing support for Aged Care Infection Prevention Control (IPC) leads employed in aged care homes. This includes webinars and online forums that align with content taught as part of the Australasian College for Infection Prevention and Control (ACIPC) Foundations course. The content has been facilitated by experts from IPCAR, VICNISS, Victorian Aged Care Response Centre and Rural Infection Control Practice group.
